Accommodation Rules

• Includes all taxes and charges - including 18% GST, all bank transaction charges and 18% GST on the bank transaction charges
• Taxes are subject to change. All Government taxes & duties are subject to change and would be charged extra as & when applicable.
• All twin beds can be converted into double, but not vice versa
• Extra bed is charged ₹1500/- + GST extra per night
• Extra adult (12 years and above) would be charged ₹2500/- + GST extra per night (breakfast included).
• Buffet breakfast for non-residential guest will charged separately as per hotel rates
• Stay includes Complimentary use of health club and swimming pool.
• Delegates who opt for shared occupancy accommodation, will be given rooms on a sharing basis with another delegate, as per conference policy. King Bed / Twin Bed rooms will be subject to availability
• Registration of accompanying person must be done along with that of a delegate, and accomodation if opted for will be double occupancy.
• All other expenses including laundry services, extra meals, room services, minibar usage etc would be charged extra, and would be payable at the hotel.
• Early check in/late checkout will only be given subject to availability and additional charges may be applicable.
• All guests would be required to produce photo identification at the time of check in for security purposes.
• As per government mandate, smoking is not permitted in any public areas within the hotel. Smoking is only permitted in the demarcated area. All guest corridors are also non-smoking.
• We are providing concessional hotel rates for stay at the venue of the conference, so please take of the opportunity to avail of maximum benefit. All our rates are inclusive of GST and all transaction charges.
• Please note that there hotel rates do not include conference registration. You have the option of registering for the conference and making the hotel booking at a later date. However please note the rates are dynamic and are likely to go up at a later date. Also hotel rooms at this rate are very limited.

• Conference registration for delegates includes assess to all academic and scientific session, industry sponsored area and sessions, three conference buffet lunches, one inagural buffet dinner and one gala dinner
• To qualify for student registration one must furnish a certificate duly signed by the head of the department which must be uploaded on the conference registration page
• Accompanying person under 5 years is free, 5 to 12 years will be charged half rate
