In case of unforeseen complications arising out of the Covid pandemic or other natural calamities and political situations the conference may be converted into an online one.

Your payment for registration would be adjusted for online charges and the rest including the whole amount for accommodation booking if done will be refunded after deduction of transaction charges if any.

Yes you can.

Bursary is a one day training program for pre-selected PG students. Students who wish to apply for the busary program are requested to click on the link and submit the required documents. A panel of faculty members will then select a predecided number of students for the bursary. And in this year‘s conference it will be conducted on 23th of March at CMRI CK Birla Hospital, Kolkata.

Delegates who have registered for the conference only will be provided with buffet lunch – veg/non-veg – on 20th, 21st and 22nd March, buffet dinner on 20th March and Gala dinner on 21st March.

Interim tea coffee will be provided.

Breakfast is not included in the conference registration. However if you have taken room accommodation then breakfast is included.

When you booked for the conference registration and accomodation then it will include your stay and buffet facilities.

We are not providing pick up or drop of facilities, however you can contact our travel partner and they will be happy to arrange for the same for a charge. Alternatively you may also book a taxi from the airport or the railway station. It is our advise that you book prepaid taxis.

A PG student is one who is doing an MS, DNB, FNB or MCh degree course.
