No refund after 15th March
Any refund made would be after deducting all transaction charges etc
In case the conference is cancelled all charges would be adjusted as per for online conference and remaining would be refunded. Transaction charges may be deducted.
In case a booking has been made for a delegate with accompanying person, cancellation of the accompanying person independently can be done, however cancellation of the delegate with entail cancellation of the accompanying person also
For all cancellations extra transaction charges may apply
Any refund made would be after deducting transaction charges if any
All refunds would be done after the conference within 30 working days
We wish to convey that due to certain technicalities the refund process may take extra time.
For hotel room cancellations the same cancellations charges apply however, if we are able to resell your room we will refund the full amount (excluding transaction charges), however this discretion will solely be with the organising committee
